These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jobs360, a franchise management platform operated by Greyridge Software Ltd trading as FranchiseAir (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using Jobs360, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jobs360 is a cloud-based franchise management platform designed for jobs-based franchise networks. The service includes web and mobile applications for franchisors, franchisees, and field operatives.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your login details with unauthorised individuals.
  • As a franchisor, you are responsible for managing access for your franchisees and operatives.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free Trial

  • New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • No payment details are required to start a trial.
  • At the end of the trial, you must enter payment details to continue using the service.
  • If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended. Your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Jobs360 is billed monthly based on the number of active franchisees in your network.
  • Pricing is as published on our website and may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
  • Payments are collected automatically via your chosen payment method.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT or applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into Jobs360.
  • We store and process your data solely to provide the service.
  • Each franchise network’s data is completely isolated from other networks.
  • You may export your data at any time.
  • Upon account closure, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use the service to store or transmit malicious code.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service beyond normal API usage.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet connectivity, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

8. Integrations

  • Jobs360 may integrate with third-party services such as Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Third-party integrations are subject to those providers’ own terms and conditions.
  • We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Jobs360, including its design, code, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Greyridge Software Ltd (trading as FranchiseAir).
  • Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention is as described in section 5.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service.
  • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
