How does billing work as I add franchisees?
Your subscription adjusts automatically as your network grows. When you add a new franchisee, the additional cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. You only pay for active franchisees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted on a prorated basis.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes your head office and one franchise with all Jobs360 features and unlimited users. It's free forever — no credit card required, no time limit. When you're ready to add more franchisees, simply upgrade to the Growth plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
