How does billing work as I add franchises?
Your subscription adjusts automatically as your network grows. Your head office and first franchise are free; from the second franchise onward, each additional franchise is £36 per month. Charges are prorated for the remainder of your billing period when you add a franchise mid-cycle.
When am I billed?
Your billing cycle starts the moment you add your first billable item — an additional franchise or extra user beyond the free tier. You are charged one month upfront at that point. Additional billable items added later in the cycle are charged pro-rata for the days remaining. If you remove a billable item mid-cycle, you receive a pro-rata credit on your account for the unused portion, applied automatically against your next invoice.
Who receives the invoice — head office or each franchise?
The franchisor (head office) receives a single consolidated invoice covering every franchise subscription and any additional users across the network. Individual franchisees are not billed directly by Jobs360 — you stay in control of network billing.
Can I recharge system costs to my franchisees?
Yes — how you charge franchisees for system access is entirely up to you and is typically governed by your franchise agreement. From years of experience with our Franchise 360 product, we see franchisors take a range of approaches: some absorb the cost as part of head office overhead, others pass it through on franchisee statements as they see fit. Jobs360 invoices head office centrally; how you recoup it across your network is your call.
How are users counted?
Three users are included with your head office, and three users are included with each franchise (including the free first franchise). Any user beyond what's included is £12 per user per month.
What if I need more than 3 users at a franchise?
You can add as many users as you need. Additional users beyond the three included with each franchise are charged at £12 per user per month, billed to head office. By default, the franchisor controls user additions across the network — there's an optional setting to let individual franchises add their own users if you prefer to delegate.
What's included in the free plan?
Your head office (with 3 users), your first franchise (with 3 users), and every Jobs360 feature — no credit card required. When you're ready to add more franchises or more users, simply upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted on a prorated basis.
Do you offer bespoke development for larger networks?

Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT, sales tax, GST, and other applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout by our payment processor (Stripe) based on your billing location.
