We are registered in England and Wales. For data protection purposes, we are the data controller.

3. Data Isolation

Each franchise network’s data is completely isolated within Jobs360. Franchisors can only see data within their own network. We do not share, aggregate, or analyse data across different franchise networks.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Payment processors - to handle subscription billing securely
  • Hosting providers - who store data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
  • Accounting integrations - only when you choose to connect Xero, QuickBooks, or similar services, and only the data you choose to sync
  • Legal requirements - if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

5. Data Security

We protect your data through:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Role-based access controls within the application
  • Regular security reviews
  • Complete data isolation between franchise networks
  • Secure data centres with appropriate certifications

6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
  • Closed accounts: Data is deleted within 90 days of account closure, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Trial accounts: Data from expired trials is deleted after 90 days.
  • Website analytics: Visitor data is retained for 26 months.
  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 24 months or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is longer.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Delete your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Restrict processing of your personal data
  • Port your data to another service
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
